Kimble the Kitten, my new addition
Hey Everyone, how are you? This is Kimble Diehl. He is my 8 week old kitten. He weighs 2 and a half pounds. He joined my family on Monday, October 4th 2010. He is MY first kitten. I am his new owner and am happy to have him here. Here is a picture of Kimble and I.
Bronchitis
So I've been sick with Bronchitis the last few weeks. I finished oral antibiotics 2 weeks ago. I think my Bronchitis came back as I am coughing again like I was a few weeks ago.

Sick Day
Hey everybody, how are you?
I'm home sick today. I had a really bad sinus headache and called school and transportation. I've been battling a cold since Sunday September 12th 2010.
The reason I have published this blog is to keep everyone up to date on things that are going on in my life. Because I have moved out from my Mom's house, I don't always talk to my family everyday like I should but this way I can update family and friends easily without shooting out a million e-mails or phone calls.
Another reason that I've decided to keep a blog is so that other people can see my point of view on things. Because of my disabilities, when I speak my thoughts can get scramble but when I write I am able to compose my thoughts and express them appropriately.
To those who aren't aware I now attend a program for young adults ages 18-21 that focuses on Life Skills. The program is called Transition Plus. I enjoy this program because it offers me various volunteer opportunities, allows me to go to college, has a sensory room and a great team of staff.
So yesterday I went to school and I talked to my work coordinator about maybe subbing for someone at ARC. I enjoyed ARC, I sorted and put clothes on racks. ARC's value village is a thrift store located in Richfield.
Then in the afternoon, my group went to Mall of America. I bought some make-up for my new job that I'm starting on the 28th of September.
I will be working at a pre-school in a church. I'm not sure how much I'll get paid or what I'm going to do all I know is that I'm looking forward to it!!
